This year's event was held at Miller High School. Not only was the night
designed to entertain, but also to help educate youth about the dangers
of drug usage, in particular, crystal meth.

Welcome to tonight's event; before you head into the gym and grab a seat, pick up a bag of popcorn from Julia Eyolfson, or a hot dog from Trudy Sklar.

The crowd waits in eager anticipation as the announcer enters the ring.

As the ring announcer watches on, the all-stars of wrestling share their message with the crowd.

Before you know it,
the bell rings
and it is time
for a belt match...

...that's right,
the big tag-team
champion belts are
laid on the line.

The tag-team champions quickly prove
to be the dominant force as the Principle
takes his opponent to the mat...but I
think he might have a foreign object
in his hand.

After a hard fought match, the tag-team
champs retain the title after the Principle
turns the lights out on his opponent with
the crushing suplex you see in the
picture above.

The second match
proved that disco
is dead.

The third match shows us that anything can happen...and anyone can show up!
Nightmare makes a mess out of this match.

The hometown hero of the next match gets hugs while his opponent waits impatiently in the ring.

"No! Don't turn around!"
The ref is distracted...a good time to cheat.

The crowd is starting to look a little nervous.

At the intermission,
Wavell brings out his
son, Caige, and they
give out door prizes to those in attendance at tonight's event.

Before the 4th bout, one of the wrestlers shows a
little love to the fans...

It's time for the main event
The heavyweight champion of the league comes to the ring and waits for Wavell Starr.

Looks like Wavell is making
quick work of his opponent...
but the match isn't over yet!

Looks like a great, close fought match, until some unexpected combatants enter the ring.

After Wavell takes a savage beating, the Cavalry shows up, but the rescue is short-lived.

Not only were these bad guys
cheating, they outnumbered our
boys...things were not looking
good at all, that is until
Saskatchewan Roughrider Andrew Green decided
he had seen enough and jumped into the
ring to even out the numbers...and Wavell's
boys cleaned house.

This is far from over...
...the challenge for a rematch is made, and accepted!

The end to a spectacular evening of wrestling!
